302 Colorado is a mixed use retail and office space by the Santa Monica Pier. The client requested the branding for this property reflect the high-end, elegant nature of the neighborhood while also nodding to the location’s proximity to the ocean side. I created the logo for this property as well as a website and printed brochure.
